Why I am getting calls off them mystifies me because I have been a Scottish power customer for the last 5 years. I will still ignore their phone calls as all my business is conducted online. March 23, 2015, 2:55 pm Received phone call from Hidenda telling me they'd be sending me a claims package, they just wanted to make sure they'd send the right one. Could I confirm how many loans, credit cards etc with PPI had I taken in the last 15 years? Politely told them "Mind your own business and don't send any claim pack." April 13, 2015, 6:10 pm some rubbish about a claim Pack for a refund on loan or credit card. What rubbish, I have note we had a loan, and minimal use of a credit card for the odd thing. fuming at them pestering me coz this call had been getting ignored for weeks and I finally answered it! BLOCKED NOW!!!
