December 19, 2014, 1:43 pm I would be very suspicious of anyone calling you up and telling you about easy money you can have by giving them money or getting your bank details. In this case, I can't speak for this company, but I've heard enough stories about PPI refund calls to know that many take your bank details promising refund payments and then get permission to drain your account indefinitely until you close the account. January 11, 2015, 5:15 pm A load of junk. Claims you can get refund for past years of overpaying your fees for PPi or other financial products. I can't believe this is possible. Sounds like malarkey. There must a law about these kinds of calls taking advantage of naive innocent folks, isn't there. EMCAS is the name of the claims company making the call. I can't vouch for them either. February 3, 2015, 8:46 pm The company is called "EMCAS" and they are involved in claims for misselling of PPI, bank fees, or insurance fees. They tell you a nice story about having an easy time getting a big fat check for all your overpayments from years of paying too much. July 31, 2015, 8:05 pm I have been harassed by this number now for around 6 weeks and I eventually answered it the other day. Apparently I could be helped with an accident insurance claim. September 3, 2015, 10:39 pm Chap with overseas accent, made multiple unnecesary compliments that my voice sounded nice like his mother's (unlikely as I have an English accent) claiming to be doing some market research/surveying, boiled down to the usual endowment morgage, PPI etc etc, then claimed to be working for a particular solicitors firm, then assumed permission for them to contact me (didn't give any details) at which point I got really irritated and he got shirty with me & accused me of being rude, so I hung up! I rang it back it was a company called EMCAS and the message said they were the leading company for PPI claims...never heard of them. I have blocked them from ringing again but this seems to happen all the time now. October 7, 2015, 5:44 pm I was called by these people today who seemed to have information about a recently matured endowment policy. They were saying because there had been a shortfall I was entitled to compensation. I tried for that with no joy both ten and five years ago without success. Told them to get stuffed! January 18, 2016, 4:10 pm Numerous calls from this number, normally at about midday or just as I'm driving home. Never answered it, as it doesn't feature in my known numbers list. January 20, 2016, 1:09 pm Just had a call from this no. about investing my endowment. questioned him about where he got this information from and he said I had filled in a survey saying I had an endowment mortgage. Just a load of lies as I have never had one - got annoyed when I told him he was making it up and was still talking when I put the phone down. January 25, 2016, 1:29 pm Keeps on ringing my mobile. When asked them what they wanted, said it was to help me with insurance accident claim. This and other calls have been coming through since I claimed for a car repair due to the fault of a third party. The insurance company from the third party must have given my details to this company. The accident is nearly a year ago and although I have requested callers to stop, they continue from this and witheld numbers two or three times a day. January 27, 2016, 12:14 pm Second time this number has tried to ring me on my mobile phone. I do not give this number out randomly and I have no idea how they came by it. I have enough with unsolicited calls on my land line and now it appears I am being stalked on my mobile! January 28, 2016, 3:03 pm Sick to death of receiving calls from this number. I get them every day several times a day. You can't always tell that they have rung but a message comes up that you have a missed call and it's the same number. I do not ring them back. If someone wants you badly enough they can leave a voicemail, but I don't guess they will if they want money from you.

May 27, 2016, 12:05 am This is a legitimate company, Its not a scam. Its a financial claims management company that is regulated by the claims management regulator (google it). Claiming back money for missold endowments. It may not be for everyone, but those with Endowments who are or have suffered huge shortfalls could do with the help of getting some money back1 For those who have received 2-3 calls a day .. If you DONT answer, they will keep calling. Best advise is to pick up, tell them you are not interested, and they will remove your number .. Its as simple as that. August 5, 2016, 4:25 pm These "people" rang today and were extremely insistent that I should make a claim against my endowment provider.... even when I told them I was perfectly happy with my endowment, understood the risk, charges etc etc they STILL insisted that I should claim anyway. What is it with these people? The person who sold me the endowment all those years ago was perfectly legit and has stayed with me every step of the way.... so why are we being suckered into a claim culture where a claim isn't justified. February 15, 2017, 7:01 am got call 14/02/2017 it started with this call will be recorded. when i asked him if he knows about tps he said he was allowed to call as we was on is system i said he was not and not to call me again and take me off is system, he got very rude
