December 7, 2016, 9:49 am Call from this number received at 9.30am today, 7.12.16. Obviously computer generated and silence when connected. My telephone number is ex-directory so why did they call? December 10, 2016, 1:15 pm Call also received on 8th December. No Message left, and I am ex-directory. Unfortunately unable to Bar this caller since 1471 indicated number but another call was received before action could be taken with Talk Talk. Surely a responsibility lies with the Government Regulator who Controls the issuance of Telephone Numbers. Thereby he should have powers to be able to impose penalties and to remove service (on instruction to TELCO's I assume) when a number is found to be adopting practices that are a public nuisance.
