Number called saying it was EE but they asked for security my manufacturer of phone and post code... Laughing in back ground and shouting, don't feel it was a professional call. You can actually verify that this number is legit on their website where they list legit numbers you could possibly get called from.

2nd missed call from this number says ee if you do ring back. But would say EE on caller recognition if they were legit like on the texts. Got the third call and they were not asking for personal details just how much I was paying on my bill and looking for a better upgrade deal for me to get more benefits.

This is in fact EE Mobile calling to see what your current plan and if you they upgrade you to a better plan. Wanted an estimate of my monthly bill and wanted to see if I wanted to combine broadband, tv, and mobile into one package bundle to get savings in all areas which would unluck savings offers for me. Wasn't interested. Happy the way I am thanks.

The person on the line told me that they were from the EE Loyalty team. Basically, it's EE's customer service calling with promotions and wanting to make you aware of you possible upgrade and savings potential. May ask to speak about your monthly bill to compare savings with new plans that will include bundling.

They called me, and they gave me the correct details. (Contract name, which is linked to my mother) they called me back later, when I told them too. They asked me if I'd like to give EE some feedback, and if I'd like to have a chance to win a free iPad. As soon as 'Ryan' said "Free" iPad. I knew it was a scam, told him the service of EE was good, but I'm with Vodafone, No I would not like to upgrade, since I can't do that for 4 months, and no, I have an iPad, thank you. He then proceeded to swear (unprofessional...) and said I was a "Pile of s**t" - Within his time of swearing I proceeded to hang up and block the number. Funny Guy, really..

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are a bunch of fraudulent CON-ARTISTS that try to sell you cheap knock off EE phone contracts, making you spend more on your current contract. They make you think you are getting a 'better deal' or 'saving money' for friends and family. I have done some extensive research on this company, they trade under STEPCHANGE OUTSOURCING, but the official company name is MAD BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (speaks for itself) who work on behalf of EE to outsource their service and products. The company is run by 2 men. The first is GWYN JONES, and the second is DECLAN SHILTON. Now, if you haven't heard of DECLAN SHILTON, he is the guy who tried to CON the 3 mobile network before they became popular by offering CASHBACK DEALS, but never paid any cash out.

He was in NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS and has appeared on various sites with many people advising to AVOID him and any company he is associated with LIKE THE PLAGUE. Everything he owns, and everything he has done has been out of FRAUD. He even has his WIFE on the companies books as a SALES AGENT. This company do anything they can to avoid paying the correct taxes and obtaining the correct licences to run. This company should be shut down. If you want an additional phone line on your contract, call EE directly or go into the shop. Don't give your money to this fraudulent company.

Received a call claiming to be from EE.
Asked me to confirm my name which I did, my method of payment, which I did, my make and model of mobile phone, which I did, then my adress & postcode which I did not as I then challenged the caller asking "how do I know your from EE" at which point he said I coulkd check the number against the EE website and a colleague would call me back next week.
Dodgy!

I have been harassed by these people. Like someone else said, quite often you can't hear the person on the phone over the laughter in the background. They claimed to be calling on behalf of EE to tell me I was due for an upgrade. Not only was I not due for an upgrade but when I questioned the person they admitted they don't actually work for EE but had bought my details and were trying to sell me one of their contracts. I had asked them to stop calling me, which they did for about two months. Although recently they have started to ring me several times a day again. Normally just hanging up if I answer.

This is a marketing call from EE. They said that they are the EE Loyalty Team. They had upgrade offers and promotions going on. Nothing that interested me as I'm quite happy with my current services.

Definitely a sales call from EE trying to sell you mor services. I already have enough service and a very expensive monthly bill I might add. I had to politely ask them to remove my number from the marketing list and stop calling me. They agreed and now time with tell if they were honest or not.

This is a genuine EE number calling for the purposes of marketing for upgrades. This number is listed on their website as a legit number. You can call EE yourself and verify this number for yourself if you wish. Just tell them that you don't want anymore calls and they will comply.

Claimed to be from EE offering me 'loyalty deals' as I've been with them for a long time, I refused to answer his 'security' questions, he then fobbed me off with "you can check our credentials on the EE website. Phoned EE direct to check for any notes on my account, none since the last time I activated a sim. If you receive a call from this number dump it, I was also told that as a 3rd party supplier they have probably bought deals from all the phone companies.

This number is fraudulent! I called the real EE and it was confirmed that they are not an loyalty team etc ... The guy sounded dodgey and unprofessional asking person questions about technilogy I have in my house, I've received 3 calls from these people and its 100% not EE. I have filed a report through action fraud. I suggest anyone else who comes across this number does so to

Was plagued by this number for a few weeks. Simply, phone the number back and do the following:
1 - when through to their answering machine, press 1 as prompted
2 - when through to an employee, politely state that your mobile contract isnt even with EE and ask for your number to be removed from their marketing list
3 - say "thank you very much"
4 - hang up
5 - give the nearest person to you a high five :)

I have received numerous calls from this company. One of which was at 4:30am on a Saturday morning. Find it hard to believe this is a legitimate call from EE at this time.

Had a call today and they said they were EE so I said how do I know that and why are you calling.
He said we are calling because we are concerned about my data security and how to improve it and he had all my details in front of him would I verify my ID by answering some security questions. I said no you verify to me who you are and asked him what my email address was and he said because of data protection he couldn't, so then I said what is the 3rd letter of my email address and he couldn't do that either so I politely ended the call.

My mum received a call from this number. The agents name was James Noble and she said she was pushed into a corner and sold an Ipad. She doesn't know what an iPad is and made this clear. ALL of her calls on her phone are recorded as i installed an app to prevent fraudulent telephone calls.

He was extremely pushy and didn't take no for an answer. The background noise is that of a packed football stadium. I am returning the Ipad as soon as it arrives and am taking legal action against EE or the agent James Noble. My mum is an elderly lady and its clear in the call she did not know what she was buying and he pushed and pushed until she couldn't say no. DO NOT buy from this number.

I have contacted EE and it is a legitimate sales number (god knows how)

Once my mums contract has ended we are all leaving EE and i hope the justice system will get this scandalous company or agent shut down.

Pushy bloke rang and said my son was going over his data limit. Told me I had paid a large amount on last Bill, but I read my bank statements and know it wasn't . Got rid of him eventually, but he was complete tosser. Avoid this company, they are not EE, they are supposedly selling on their behalf. EE should get rid of them.

Something definitely did not feel right with this person. All he wanted was my personal details even thou I said I couldn't speak at the time. Kept pushing until I was blunt and told him where to go. Recommendation: Don't give any details and hang up. EE is based in Darlington (I live 4 miles from there head office where the call centres are) so should have a dial code 01325 at least

They said they were calling EE but when I questioned this they admitted they weren't actually EE. Said they were an EE affiliated company. Haven't researched if that's true but I'm dubious. Suspected scam or at very least spam.
