October 7, 2017, 3:06 pm I have now received 3 calls from this telephone number. Females with indian accents saying they were from BT or British Telecom about my internet connection. They asked me to log in to my computer so they could help fix a malware download that was infecting my other devises. What a load of tosh!! Beware this number. Caller Company: BT Caller Type: Scammer

October 12, 2017, 9:38 am Keep getting calls from this number claiming to be BT Technical. They want to take control of my computer to "put the fault right". No way Hose! When challenged and questions asked they put the phone down. This is a scam. They need closing down. No doubt malware would be put on my computer and then the magical next step from them...give us your money to put it right.... and then once the credit card is given goodness knows what they'll take and how many times. October 12, 2017, 3:48 pm Same approach as above, claimed to be BT Technical team in UK, sounded like an Indian call centre... Told me somebody was trying to intercept my internet traffic, wanted me to run a command on my laptop and then started asking my age. That was as far as it went as when challenged they hung up.
