February 26, 2014, 3:47 am AKINIKA. Illegal debt collection practices are being used with this company. They pretend to be working with ebay and paypal and say someone has tried to setup an account using your information and ask you to give them more details about your address, etc. I called ebay and they said my issues were sorted out months ago. September 12, 2014, 8:07 pm I had an outstanding bill of £560 with Ebay, a week after i paid Ebay i got a text to call the dreaded number 01772-221143 which i did & the woman said i owed Ebay £560 & how would i like to pay, i told her i owe Ebay nothing as i paid the fee a week ago, she appologised & said Ebay had not notified them. A week later i get a text asking me to call 01772-221143 again & this time i owed £25 fo administartion charges to AKINIKA, i started to read out my credit card details & half way through i thought to myself what am i doing, i dealt with Ebay so why am i paying these scammers £25, i stopped giving the lady my details & told her where to go & hung up ! October 10, 2014, 5:49 pm Dont waste your time with these cowboys, if you have an o/s eBay bill (you probably have, so admit it) and pay it direct through eBay only and not through a third party debt company that have no right to charge anything. Job done - pay your bill, and all is sorted. Dont even answer the phone or reply to them, and certainly DONT pay anything to them. Any issues take up directly wirh eBay only. March 30, 2015, 10:33 am this company have been contacting my elderly 93 year old neighbour at night to request I call them. I have contacted the CAB and they have said they have no right harrassing me or my neighbour for the amount of £40 from ebay. June 27, 2015, 7:13 pm akinika keep calling me over an ebay fee due to my automatic payments keep getting cancelled, They rung me after i already settled the debt with ebay. August 25, 2015, 10:28 am I am constantly getting abou 6 calls a day from these people, even on a Sunday, they call both my landline and mobile saying I owe money to eBay for a car I am supposed to have sold on there. November 23, 2015, 2:55 pm Received a call from a foreign women who knew my name but pronounced it wrong. Then she went on to mention I owed eBay/PayPal money which I know I do not as never sold anything or bought anything I did not have the funds for! No funny transactions on my bank. May 18, 2016, 1:59 pm Just had three calls in 20 min from this company they claim I owe eBay £3490, firstly never had a eBay sellers account and secondly wouldn't have brought something worth that off eBay.
