Getting these calls regularly lately. Just found out that it's O2 with late payment reminders. Legit so no worries. More embarrassing than anything that I am late. I've been late before and didn't get these calls, but I guess this time they are getting serious.

Probably didn't pay your bill with O2 for your phone. Recorded message to remind you. I am behind on my payment (i'm lazy this month). Seems to be the billing department of O2.

This O2 is regarding late payments. It's an automated bill payment reminder call telling about the bill being overdue. I think the number is the O2 finance department or customer billing department.

This is O2 calling about a late payment for my mobile. Defintiely legit. Call is verifed as the billing department and they are just trying to gently remind you to pay your bill. I think my credit card expired because of the expiry date so I had to give them a new expiry date.

Got a letter from O2 saying my bill hadn't been paid. Contacted them and they gave me the number that "my SIM" was calling. It was my son. Asked him to verify who had called him at the time given to me by O2 from "my SIM" it was 03301239245. So it appears that O2 billing were debiting the calls they made to my son telling him the bill hadn't been paid on "my SIM". Bizarre to say the least. I didn't even know that I had that SIM that O2 were using. Give them their due they cancelled it and wrote of the 13. they had accrued.

How disgusting are o2 up until this point I was a huge fan of o2 customer.. I am angered that my bill IS 2 DAYS late and I am receiving payment calls already.. Today is SUNDAY and they started calling from after 9am this morning how disgusting I've only been late paying one other bill so not like I'm known for not paying like O2 it's 2 days late give me a bloody BREAK!! I am completely OVER O2!!! Once this contract is up I will not be returning this will be my 5th or 6th yr with O2 as a contract customers and this is how I am treated unimpressed

My phone rang out of the blue showing a number I didn't recognise.
Have fallen prey to a BT scam before, so now very wary of answering numbers I don't know, never mind witheld numbers.
So, didn't answer this call but looked up the number straight away on google.
Seems legit as my O2 direct debit was not paid on time this month, but that was only 3 days ago.
Have only missed due date once before approx 2 months ago, having been a loyal customer for approx 20 years, but didn't get a call then?
This is new to me,and yes, they are a little hasty as most companies would write to you or e-mail.
Nevertheless still unexpected of them, and a rather cold approach to customer relations!

I hate them calling me 4 to 5times a day on late payments and they continue after the bill is paid. What the hell O2 learn how to work your finances which is why you have a finance department if this keeps happening O2 should fire them and hire people who actually keep track of who still needs to pay.

If it is definitely O2 then they are calling unnecessarily as bill not late. So I think it is either phishing or incompetence
