November 3, 2014, 1:34 pm They have called ten times now. Three on my home phone and seven on my mobile, you'd think they'd give up by now. I know it's them 'cause I answered the third time I got them on my mobile, but, ironically, the call was terminated due to a bad signal. I am sick to death of them and want their harassment to stop. I have now emailed the complaints team stating i will now answer all calls from them and my charge is £25 per call. I also stated any further calls means they accept my charges. They've got my number from somewhere and despite me repeatedly telling them that I don't want their services, I'm not interested at the moment, I'm tied into a fixed term 24 month contract with early cancellation penalties and that they're just more expensive than my current supplier anyway, they won't take no for an answer and currently phone me around 4 or 5 times a day. Any more calls though and they will wish they hadn't phoned my number - I'm a dab hand at getting compensation out of Companies like them!! September 2, 2015, 4:10 pm Scottish power as many people have said seem to have my number now constantly call posing different questions each time about the bill payer, and my broadband etc. I am not interested in their services and I don't even pay the bills, they call at the most inconvenient times. I'm adding the number to my reject list. However, if this continues I'm issuing a complaint and possibly getting the police involved. September 12, 2015, 12:57 am I get these calls multiple times on a daily basis when I'm working! I work for a call centre and there is a way to block these calls. You can register with a company called the TPS service. You can register your home and mobile number and it will block all unwanted calls. There are part of the OFCOM corporation and supported by the government. If it's a real call centre they will run your number through a system and it will automatically remove your number. If any call centres call your number after you've registered you can actually take them to court over it. Bare in mind though it can take up to 28 days to register but it is a free service and no charge will ever be taken. Caller Company: 08000882582 Caller Type: Telemarketer

February 16, 2016, 12:18 pm Sick to the back teeth of this number calling me continuously on my mobile. Due to poor signal in my area am unable to answer but see the number as a missed call. Googled it to discover it is Scottish Power from whom I would buy NOTHING!!!! I returned the call only to receive a voicemail saying I was called by SP and my call cannot be connected at this time. I would like to kknow how and from whom they got my number and who authorised them to call and pester me. Phone the number back from a landline in the evening, you can choose an automated entry system, to have your number removed, you enter the number so you can remove your mobile number from their list and 0800 won't cost you a penny to call.
