August 7, 2016, 8:20 am Caller claimed to be from Microsoft, said our computer had been hacked. Very persistent, rang back twice after we put phone down. August 12, 2016, 12:56 pm Call from this number claimed to be from Microsoft to help with my computer problem. Kept him talking for over 5 minutes during which time I asked him where he was born. He replied that was personal information which he could not disclose. This was a "professional" process and his details were not relevant. He eventually twigged that I was spinning out the conversation and he was getting nowhere. So he told me to "Fk Off and hang myself" Not very professional after all! Caller Company: Microsoft???
