Received a call from this number this afternoon. I said to the guy on the other end of the phone how did you get my number and he rambled on and on asking if I was sure I didn't need PPI and I repeatedly told him no! Eventually I hung up on the rude b*****d and blocked the number. Yet another scammer to add to the list!

I just had a miss call from this number and tried google this number. The views on this site are greatly helpful to alarm me as I never been to such companies or got into ppi. I worry and wonder from where my personal data or contact number is leaked out? Peace of mind is in blocking any such strange calls.

Received a phone call by a company called HYC. I didn't hear the caller's name. As soon as I heard PPI and wondering if I was claiming, I just hung up straight away. Intuition kicked in knowing the whole get go of the call was suspicious.

I saw this number pop up on mobile, as I didn't recognise the number i googled it quickly before answering (as I had put in for a job recently) As this page came I read quickly to who and what it was. So like any normal person I answered the phone and decided to have a little fun with them.. Before the guy got a word in i introduced myself as 'Suckies Massage Parlor - we Blow you GO, what can i interest you with today Sir' he did start his sales pitch to which I said to him 'you do realise you are getting charged 50p a minute for this phone call, if you don't want a service from us then please free up the line to which i then asked again what could i interested him in. He put the phone down - I don't think I will be receiving future calls from this number haha CUNTS

Don't let them annoy you or be abusive - take control and throw it back to them Have fun with it - I did all this while sat behind my desk *sigh* Amusement for the day!

I just got a call from them. Got the number and checked it here. OK so next time I will not answer.

I am sick to death of cold callers. I get around fifty calls a week from these outfits, especially "consumer lifestyles" or variations upon that name. By now the whole of Bombay must know that I have a hotpoint washing machine. I bet they must spend their evenings discussing my white goods. I mean, how many thousand times do they want this information? If the whole country is persecuted by these pains-in-the- backside that is 50 billion calls a year. I rarely answer the phone now. I might as well disconnect the thing.

Lovely company, rang me to see if I had a refund for PPI, they done everything for me, and there fee is actually 36% including VAT so not 100% like these comments are saying. They also claimed back another £2110 on a loan I had with the Lloyd's tsb as the Lloyd's partial refunded me.

Altogether from this company I recieved about £14,500 on verious loans and credit cards I've had over the years. All my life I have struggled and I can gladley say I am all upto date on my finances after 20 odd years and I managed to book a holiday to Spain aswell.

Would defiantly recommend this company. If this number rings you answer it!

Apparently the company also post fake positive reviews on sites like this so ignore the few positive comments about them in this site. They need to be shut down

I have just received this call on my mobile, and when I answered, they said they were sorry they were unable to connect my call, though I did hear laughing in the background.

Having found the number on this website, and learning its to do with PPI I am wondering how they got my mobile number.

Must admit I had been expecting a call from people I am currently dealing with, and was thinking it was them, only to find it is now a dodgy number, which I have now added to my screening list.

Missed a call from this number. So called back and was informed by a recording that if I wanted to stop automated recorded messages to my phone I should call them. Judging by all the many complaints on the web this is a con. Believe they just want to keep you on the line to rack up phone charges.

A lot of background noise, sounded like kids, and then after I said hello someone launched into a spiel about having a PPI refund for me. I asked who that would be from and caller said they didn't give out company names, which struck me as weird. I asked where they got the number from and they said from the database..duh! So I asked how did it get onto the database? More evasive nonsense so I terminated the call.

Just got a call from that company, saying it was a "quick call about my payment protection claim". I don't have such policies and I never made such a claim. I got a missed call from these people whilst I was at work so couldn't answer it and typed in the phone number on Google and got this - thank you - glad I didn't answer it. Never took PPI so would have been wasting their time anyway.

Yeah got one of these today. Basically mobile phone numbers are now being recycled so all the people complaining they have a new number and it is being sold by their mobile provider, it is actually an old customers number that has been put back into commission and lucky you, you have all the things they signed the number up to. I had texts from Amazon for deliveries that i never ordered and odd text messages on my new work phone. I basically kept saying no to this guy and then said i had to go and hung up. If they call back, going to answer it as the anti terrorism unit.

I got a call from these asshats last week. Obviously scripted (and the young Mancunian lady who was talking, it was surprising that she even had the brains to follow a script), refused to explain where they'd got my number, and didn't have a clue who I was which made the claim that I was entitled to insurance if I'd just give her my details puzzling.
After several attempts to tell her I wasn't interested, she was still blathering away when I hung up on her.

This phone number called me today on my mobile. I advised him that I wasn't interested, yet he still decided to repeat himself three times about how I could claim back my PPI, then when I advised him I have never had a credit card or mortgage or any services in order to be applicable for a PPI claim, he then proceeded to aruge with me.

I asked him 4 times to please remove my number from their systems, he then thought this was funny laughing down the phone! I then firmly asked him to confirm my number was removed which he did, then sarcastically wished me a nice day, to which I hung up!

(Be advised: You can block the caller on iphone - I have done this!) SO RUDE!

Took a call today from this number. On answering it was the call it was a recorded message to say that my call cannot be answered. Then came along this rude, loud and downright annoying lady who kept repeating 'hallo, you're owed PPI' I responded with a sigh and hung up to which she called me back and said 'I think the line cut'. Persistence is the only thing they have going for them.

Got a call from this number today, they gave a name but I didn't catch it.

They started on about PPI fairly quickly, I said sorry, I think you may have been misled, I've never enquired about this. They carried on regardless and suggested hidden charges with credit cards, I pointed out I did not have a credit card. They suggested overdrafts, I said I did not have an overdraft.

Then I decided to be blunt and told them to F*** off. The first time I did it they actually ignored me and carried on.

I probably shouldn't have pressed on but it really is cathartic to tell an unsolicited caller to F*** off patiently and repeatedly with no real malice or raising one's voice. No other real anger there but they soon got the message, pretended to be offended and put the phone down.
